Could this saturation? Can the idea of \u200b\u200beating plenty of food?

Recent studies suggest that we can still alone with our thoughts, the desire for sweets. The more detailed you imagine, food to eat, the stronger the appetite shrinks.

In these studies, a group of trained students to imagine how they put delicious chocolate balls in your mouth, chew it and taste and swallow. In the actual experiment, a group presented three times three balls to eat mentally, the other group, however, was allowed to nibble in their minds 30 chocolate balls. The ultimate result was that the group had eaten "in thought" more chocolate balls, then had far less appetite for sweets and ate significantly less than the group that had previously eaten less mentally chocolate balls.
But the detailed presentation of the food can therefore produce saturation. These results suggest that it seems wrong to suppress the thought of food sought to curb his appetite. Although the fleeting thought of making a supply of appetite, to the more detailed one, however, adjusted, they eat, the greater the appetite shrinks.
